PART 3. ” Are really going to leave your girlfriend to me? Are you not afraid?” ask Ha Yun Lee. “Nope , not at all”, Michael smiled as he picked up his things to go on board; going back to England. ” Anyways tell your mom and dad, I thank them for feeding me during my stay.” Michael wave goodbye upon boarding. Hannah decided to stay a little bit in Seoul to finish her research about life in South Korea.

” Why did you stay?” asked Yun Lee to Hannah as they are heading home. “Why do you ask? I have Mike house and I have a one year visa here to stay, I’d enjoy my stay than worrying to go back home.” said Hannah with her bright eyes, Yun Lee can’t resist to stare at her beautiful face, with her expressive round brown eyes. Her cheeks looks soft and smooth that if she smiled makes the time stop. ” Hey, what’s up with look,” ask Hannah timidly. ” I thought you wanna cry, I can lend you my shoulder.” says Yun Lee. ” I’d like to, but no thanks,” smiled Hannah as they parted their ways. ” You have my number, call me if you need help of anything.” said Yun Lee. “Thank you.” answered Hannah.

Its been a month since Michael goes back to England and Hannah still working on her Investigatory report. As she work on her project, Yun Lee is also busy with his career,,He is doing well with it. “Yun Lee, have you seen this article written by Mama Kim, she seems like you a lot on this article.” asked by one of his staff. ” No, but let me see . I followed her social media account but doesn’t have any personal status, do you know who she is?” everyone was puzzled.

Hannah is doing her interview to an old lady when suddenly her phone rang. ” Hey, what’s up? been a long time ,” Hannah answered. ” Are you free tonight?” asked Yun Lee. ” Absolutely! are you taking me to a date?’ Hannah expressed excitedly. She’s been thinking about him lately after he wrote the article about Yun lee. She left a hole in her heart that she can’t explain why. Since she did the investigation on her written article, every time she think about Yun Lee , her heart is sinking . Her heart is aching again and can’t control the pain that was in her heart. ” Are you still there?” asked Yun Lee. ” Yeah, see later bye.” as Hannah hanged up her phone.

HANNAH STORY. She grabbed a taxi going home, as the music plays she looks outside her window, the beautiful sights and the green trees, the hustling and buzzling of cars in the streets, the street vendors, the pedestrians and the new people Hannah met on her travel, gives her comfort. Five years ago, she graduated from Harvard University, she had a Master degree of International Law- Major in Marketing and Economics. Together with Michael her bestfriend since pre-school years, they both know that it is a wrong idea to engage after graduating from college, but Hannah agreed to get engaged to Charles Howe, her college boyfriend. Hannah is aware that Charles is already enlisted to the Air force going to Syria after graduation, but still Hannah accepted the proposal because she is in love with this man. Hannah’s parents could not do anything but to agreed. Hannah sighed as she remember how painful to be left behind by a love one without a proper closure or even goodbye. So she was in pain as she remember Yun Lee story.

YUN LEE STORY, he is now a star, his career is already peaked. He won many award as a new young artist. He got many projects, movies, shows, endorsements and many other opportunities that a brand new young artists didn’t have. But one thing he did not leave, his love for music. He started his career as a musician from a boy band group as a Leader, and from there, many noticed his good looks and charisma, how he handled himself and his career. As many people notice his potential to stardom, many girls had followed him. She got involve in one girl, he fall in love with. At the peaked of his career controversy came up, the girl allegedly get beaten by him, harassments, verbal abuse and many other accusation that defamed Yun Lee’s name in the industry. He used all his money to fight to the court but no one comes into his favor. The girl sued him again for another claim that he is the father of her baby but soon in the news it was been miscarriage because she was beaten by him. At this point , all his projects, albums, endorsement and concert has been cancelled due to all this allegation. All were lies and he was proven innocent after. Case closed. The case been subside after he paid all the damages that has been filed for him, but the damaged that has been done to his career and in his life cannot be undone. Five years has passed. After years of serving from the military, he came back to restore his career. Thanks to all his friends who stayed beside him during his darkest hour. Truly, time heals everything.

” You look good!” Hannah air kiss Yun Lee on his cheeks upon seeing him. ” Oh, that’s how she greet Michael, every time they saw each other,” Yun smiled awkwardly. ” Then, what about us?,” asked by Yun Lee’s friends, so Hannah hugged everyone as they reached out their hands towards her. ” Wow. you guys are amazing,” said Hannah as she fluently speaks in Korean. Everyone stared at her,” You speak our language?’ asked Mimi one of the band member. ” Yes!” Hannah replied. ” Lucky, we speak good things about you.” said Mimi. And everyone laughed out loud in agreement.

“How did you meet Michael? Is it hard for a long distance relationship?” asked Dehua, Yun Lee’s bodyguard. ” What?” Hannah laughed. ” Are you guy’s thinking that me and my bestfriend are lovers?, Ew! No way! He is my bestfriend okay. He is engaged two years ago, his girlfriend who is a Canadian and is working right now in England as an International Lawyer,’ explained Hannah. “Michael and I are business partner since grade 5. He is a very loyal friend. Now you know why I speak your language fluently because I have him as my mentor. He is a very good friend of mine, I don’t keep friends beside my bed,” everyone laughed and agreed to Hannah.

” Nice meeting you everybody. Thanks for the good time.” Hannah waved goodnight to everyone. ‘What’s your plan tomorrow?” Yun Lee broke his silence. Hannah still quiet, panting her heart as she seated next to Yun Lee. ” Hey, are you ok?” aske Yun Lee. ” You’re so quiet,” as he stop the car by the riverside of Han river.” Oh, sorry. Why did we stop here?” her heart is racing rapidly. Yun Lee now is also quiet, his hands are getting cold and his feet is freezing though it was not cold. “Ha Yun Lee! Thanks for the nice view.” Hannah started. ” I am glad you’re happy tonight.” said Yun awkwardly, as he remember his cousin story about what happens to Hannah’s engagement. “Charles is missing for a month before he will come home for the wedding, after that; they were traced, they were released after negotiations. But unfortunately, their car went exploded during their travel because of the bomb. He died before he got home, that’s why she was shattered. Please take good care of her while she’s here.” asked Michael seriously.

” Can we go home now?” ask Hannah. ” It’s getting cold, I don’t want you to get cold, it will affect your beautiful voice.” said Hannah jokingly, as they walked together in the parking lot. As they get inside the car they can’t avoid to glance each other. There is a great silence. Hearing their own rushing heart to each other. But no one is talking. Hannah just looking outside the window, looking at the lights on the bridge, the cars that are passing by while they are driving at the long bridge of Han river. While Yun Lee can’t figure out what’s happening to his chest, it seems like there’s a lot of needles that pinching every beat of his heart. The faster he drove, the harder his breath to catch. His heart wanted to burst. ” We’re here.” Hannah breaks the silence as they approached the curve side, finally their eyes met. Hannah smiled. ” You’re sweating are you okay?” concerned Hannah.” I’m fine. Don’t worry, just get inside.” Yun Lee get out from the car, He embraced Hannah so tight, that he doesn’t want her to let go. Hannah air kiss goodbye to Yun Lee and she get inside the house.

” What was that?” exclaimed Yun Lee. He smiled happily as he drove away from Hannah place. Meanwhile Hannah smiled beautifully as she closed the door of the house.

PART 2. ‘ You’re right! lights here are beautiful”, Hannah smiled as they approach the streets of Myeong-dong, it is a shopping area packed with international fashion brands. There are so many luxury department stores and many cosmetics shops. A lot of casual eateries on the side of the streets and many delicacies are being offered by many street vendors. Nearby is the famous Myeong-dong cathedral that features a Gothic-style bell tower. And as they continue touring the place in the early evening, they came across a café, where Michael and Hannah stop for coffee.

” Don’t you know that we still have our old house here,” Michael started ” and most of our relatives still lives here.”” I will meet them tomorrow and I want you to come with me.” “don’t worry they are very nice.” he said, while Hannah is busy on her phone. ” That’s good! what time tomorrow? I wanna go around the town tomorrow. I think, I’m gonna like this place .” said Hannah. ” What are thinking to do, Hannah?” Michael ask curiously, knowing the character of Hannah being adventurous. ” Nothing much at this time.” she casually answered Michael with smile. ” Wanna go for Karaoke? they have a famous place in Sinchon.” he said to Hannah. ” You’re the boss. Lets go!” Hannah exclaimed with excitement.

” Hi , how are you, how many people?” the waitress asked. She smile beautifully. ” Two please.” ” I thought you wanna go for karaoke?” Hannah ask Michael. ” Are you crazy? Girl this is the place on earth!, many K-Pop people come to this place at this time to enjoy. So, just live at the moment, can you ? Just once in awhile . Don’t be too harsh on yourself, my friend.” Michael continue looking around. ” Now you’re a fan huh?”, Hannah asked ” Not really ,but my cousin is a famous K-Pop star,” he said to Hannah excitingly.” I think, you need to meet him.” he continued. “Then, I meet him tomorrow.” Hannah exclaimed , because the bar now is too loud. ” Can we just stay for a bit more tonight, please?” Michael beg Hannah. ” Okay, ” she sighed.

Suddenly , a large crowed gather near the stage, and all of the sudden screaming and cheering and wild crowd. Then a familiar face came out to the stage. The crowd gone wild screaming; ” Ha Yun Lee!”, ” Ha Yun Lee!”. Then Ha Yun Lee begin to address the crowd,” Annyeong, how are you tonight?” he started . ” Thanks for coming here tonight, I hope you will have a good time.” he continued. Then the spotlight came to his face. ” Yun Lee?” said Michael with amazement. ” You know him?” asked Hannah unbelieving. ” Why, do you know him?” Michael ask back Hannah. No!”, ” I mean I saw him at the airport the day I was arrived. “He’s my cousin, but I never seen him for a long time. Ever since we migrated to Canada, I never heard of him.” explained Michael. ” Don’t you think he is attractive? He is also famous and good singer.” tease Hannah.” Nope!” said Hannah.

“Maybe he is the one, I can arranged your meeting with him.” Michael continued. ” Maybe he is the love you’re looking for,” he referring to Ha Yun Lee. ” Michael, stop! love will find its own way, just wait. I’m not looking for love right now. I’m looking for a washroom.” she finished, as she is rushing to the washroom.

“ Attention everyone, one of my staff find this phone at the ladies washroom .” Ha Yun Lee still on the stage having a fan meeting.” Ladies, please check your phone.” he continue. But no one claims the phone at that moment.

” What took you so long? ” Michael asked. “I was calling you. Where’s your phone?” he asked. ”Oh no! I think , I left at the washroom of the karaoke bar.” Hannah was in shock. Because they already left the bar going back to the hotel. ” Ok lets go back.” they hurriedly back to the karaoke bar. Luckily the bar still open. ” Hi, did anyone leave an iPhone here. I left my phone at the washroom!” Hannah asked the waiter. ” Give me a minute.” the waiter asked politely. ” Ah, Mr. Lee has your phone Miss. He said that if you come back to look for your phone give him a call. Here is his number.” the waiter politely explain. ” Ok Thank you, bye!” they replied. Michael called the number immediately.

Quack! Quack! Quack! ” What is that sound?” Dehua asked , Ha Yun Lee personal assistant and bodyguard. ” hahahahaha” everyone burst in laughter after hearing the ringtone. ” What in the world is that?”, Keggy asked. ” this is a very expensive phone with a bad ringtone.” they all laughed. The phone rang again, ” Hello, Ha Yun Lee speaking,” ” Hey, Yun Lee! its me, Ha Song Lee .” Michael talking to the phone.” Who? Song Lee?” he shouted in amazement. ” Ha Song Lee, you here in Seoul right now? When did you come ? Hey, is this your phone? Where are you? I will come to see you now!” he said excitedly. The group rushed to the hotel where Hannah and Michael checked in.

” Hey man, how are you?” Its been a million years never seeing you.” I miss you so much!” said Yun Lee. Michael and Yun Lee hug each other as they greet one another at the hotel lobby. “By the way here is your phone.” Yun Lee started their conversation. ” O, its not my phone, Its my girlfriend phone.” he said. ” She dropped at the bar washroom, lucky your fans are honest.” Michael said. ” Wanna go upstairs to meet her.” Michael suggested. ” Sure thank you,” said Yun Lee. As they are approaching the hotel room, Yun Lee is very excited to meet his cousin girlfriend. He thought they were lovers. But his excitement turned into awkwardness. In front of him was a girl sleeping like a baby. Her face is like a baby, pinkish and so innocent. Hannah fall asleep in the sofa while waiting. Her mouth open and about to droll.
